Navori CRM is a WhatsApp CRM billed by monthly active contacts — a unique phone number you had at least one conversation with during the month. The free plan covers 200 active contacts. Paid plans are $58 USD/month for 1,500 active contacts, $116 USD for 6,000 and $232 USD for 25,000, all with unlimited users, WhatsApp numbers and Meta portfolios. A self-hosted license with your own branding costs $890 USD one-time, with an optional $1,400 USD reseller add-on. Meta's own conversation fees are billed directly to your portfolio and are not included.

01What counts as an active contact?
A unique phone number you had at least one conversation with during the month. Your stored contact base is not billed — only the numbers you actually talked to.
02Do you charge per user?
No. Users, WhatsApp numbers and Meta portfolios are unlimited on every paid plan. Wati, by comparison, charges $24 USD per extra user.
03Are Meta's fees included?
No. Meta bills conversation fees directly to your WhatsApp portfolio. Navori's price covers the software, hosting and support.
04Can I self-host instead of subscribing?
Yes. The self-hosted license is $890 USD one-time and includes your own branding, unlimited contacts and users, source code and the Docker image.
05Which payment methods do you accept?
Card payments in USD through Stripe outside Colombia. Inside Colombia we bill in COP at the day's exchange rate.
